Nizhny Lomov, 14 December 2012. PenzaNews. “Reading Bus” action was by the central city library employees held in Nizhny Lomov, the Penza region. During the action the passengers of the public transport were informed about the services provided by the institution.

The district administration reported in an interview with news agency PenzaNews that the librarians informed about issuing books for home reading, holding public events, clubs and community associations, as well as free computer courses for different groups of population, and provision of free legal aid.

“Moreover, the passengers received booklets on New Year and Christmas festivities, which will be held in Nizhny Lomov during the coming weeks,” explained in the administration.
