Penza, 17 December 2012. PenzaNews. Coordinator of the Left Front in the Penza region Sergei Padalkin passed medical examination prescribed by the military commissariat of Spassky area on Monday, December 17.
“Today, I will hardly be sent to the army. By law, the summons is served three days before it. Most likely, they will serve the summons today, three days later I will pass the regional commission – everything happens fast enough there – and then I will be sent to the army,” Sergei Padalkin told news agency “PenzaNews.”
He noted that during the medical examination therapist gave him a referral for cardiological examination in Penza.
“The chief doctor of the Spassky Central District Hospital who said he was cardiologist did not hear any noise in the heart, though the information on cardiac disease is written in my health record. And now it is not clear what will happen to the referral for cardiological examination,” he said.
At the same time, Sergei Padalkin stated that he did not want to serve in the army for ideological reasons.
“I am against the army. Children of employees of military commissariat, officers and deputies do not serve. Why must ordinary people who have no money, connections and cronyism serve in the army and discharge their debt to the country? A person is obliged to repay his debt if he borrowed something. I did not borrow anything,” he concluded.
