Penza, 17 December 2012. PenzaNews. The draft law on the establishment of two new awards — medal and order “For Services to the Penza region” — will be presented for the review of the Legislative Assembly of the region during the next session on Thursday, December 20.

According to the explanatory note by the Deputy Staff Manager – Head of Civil Service and Personnel of the Government of the Penza region Elena Rogova, the adoption of this law will not require additional expenditures from the regional budget.

According to the draft document, an award petition may be submitted by the employees at the main place of work of the candidate, the local government, as well as the governor of the Penza region personally.

Along with the award the recipient will be given a standard document with an entry in the work record card.
