Penza, 26 December 2012. PenzaNews. Around six thousand maternal (family) capital certificates were issued in the Penza region since the beginning of 2012. According to the leading expert of media relations of the regional office of the Pension Fund of Russia Yuliya Gelman, this year the recipients of maternity capital received 2,7 billion rubles.

“From 1 January 2013 the amount of maternity (family) capital will be indexed and will make 408,960 rubles,” she noted, recalling that previously it was 387,640 rubles.
