Penza, 26 December 2012. PenzaNews. Apartment house with 40 flats for rescuers and their families will be built in Penza. This was announced by the head of the main office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Penza region Sergei Kozlov during a press conference on Wednesday, December 26.

“It is planned that by the end of 2012, the head of Penza Roman Chernov will sign a decree on allocation of land for construction within the city, and in 2013 the construction process will begin,” he said, adding that no specific location has been chosen yet.

Sergei Kozlov noted that according to the most optimistic projections, the rescuers could move into the new apartments in 2014.
