Yuri Ilyin: Most of Penza region residents pay for utility services in time
Penza, 27 December 2012. PenzaNews. The vast majority of the Penza region residents regularly pay the utility bills in full. This was announced by the acting head of the regional administration for housing and communal services Yuri Ilyin during an operational meeting in the regional government on Thursday, December 27.
“96% of the citizens and 87% of the rural population do not have debts for electricity, gas, heating and water supply,” he stated.
According to Yuri Ilyin, refusal to pay utility bills in the Penza region is not a key problem in the housing sector.
“Residents of the region submit payments regularly, we need to make the management companies receiving those payments transfer the money to the service providers in time,” he concluded.
