Penza, 27 December 2012. PenzaNews. The Ministry of Education of the Penza region announced e-tender for a state contract, the subject of which is organizing a trip for the teaching staff of professional education institutions to China to study light industry personnel training.

It is expected that at least nine people will participate in the trip abroad.

The program of Penza delegation in China should include a meeting with officials of the Ministry of Education of China, visiting Beijing College of textile industry, fashion technology institute, factories producing textiles, and shoe manufacturing enterprises.

Moreover, the students are to attend seminars on “Organization, technology and methods of seamstress staff training” and “The role of social partnership with industry enterprises in training seamstress personnel on-demand.”

At the end of the trip, the participants of the training program should be able to go on Beijing sightseeing tour, which would include a visit to the Imperial Palace, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace park, pedestrian street Wángfǔjǐng and other attractions.

According to the requirements specification, the Contractor shall also provide the students with dwelling (hotel), all meals, flight tickets, visas, medical insurance, and a translator.

The trip is planned for April 25–30, 2013.

The initial (maximum) contract price is one million rubles. The money is allocated from the regional budget as part of a long-term target program “Complex modernization of professional education in the Penza region in 2011–2015.”

The e-tender opens on January 24, 2013.
