Cold New Year’s Eve expected in Penza

Penza, 29 December 2012. PenzaNews. Night of 31 December – 1 January will be the coldest in the entire period of the winter holidays.

According to forecasters, the air temperature in the New Year’s Eve will be -10C, but in the evening on January 1 it will rise to -6C. Mostly cloudy weather and slight wind is expected in the New Year’s Eve. Precipitation is not expected.

From 2 to 9 January, day temperature will be -4...0C, night temperature will be -5 ... -7C. Snowfall is not expected.

After January 9, forecasters expect a reduction in air temperature.
