Yuri Alpatov noted that traditionally it is usual to thank the outgoing year for the days filled with cares and works, joys, losses, victories and acquisitions.

“May the New Year bring you prosperity, realization of dreams and hope for a successful future. May success be your faithful companion. I wish you health, peace, happiness, patience, harmony, and good luck,” the mayor said.
