Over 5 million rubles of Penza budget to be spent for City Hall security

Penza, 16 January 2013. PenzaNews. Penza administration contracted with the management of private security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region for provision of security services to the City Hall and surrounding area in 2013 for the amount of 5,381,888 rubles 40 kopecks.

Details of the contract were published on the official website of the state procurement on Wednesday, January 16.

According to the website report, the contract will be financed from the city budget.
