Penza, 17 January 2013. PenzaNews. The Penza region administration determined a list of specially allocated places for public events.

According to a decree signed by the governor Vasily Bochkarev, the places are intended for collective discussions of socially significant issues, as well as for the mass presence of citizens for public expression of views on topical issues mainly of social and political nature.

According to the document, for these purposes they allocated the area in front of the main entrance to the park “Olimpiysky” from Gagarin St, and a square between houses No. 2 and No. 4 in Oktyabrskaya St.

In addition, the list includes a square next to cultural and recreational complex “Neskuchny sad” (Not dull garden) at the intersection of Komsomolskaya St and Kalinina St in Kuznetsk, a square in front of the central regional library in Gorodische, as well as the squares in front of the memorial site at Victory Square in Kamenka, in front of the building No. 67 in Karl Marks St in Nizhny Lomov, and before the Regional House of Culture in Nikolsk.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the law “About procedures for filing notifications of events and places for public assembling in the Penza region” was passed by the Legislative Assembly of the region on November 23, 2012.
