This opinion was expressed by the governor Vasily Bochkarev during a visit to the modernized department of emergency cardiology at Penza regional hospital named after N. “There is equipment, professionally trained staff prepared for difficulties. The builders did their best, and here we see an extremely high-quality construction. Now we need to aim at the reduction of the number of patience we lose, the percentage should be close to the European statistics. We need to improve our performance,” the head of the region commented.

Vasily Bochkarev underlined that before the New Year, a new modern version of heart valve was introduced, which was first used in operation in Moscow.

“Now we also produce stents, which are expensive and previously were purchased abroad,” the governor said.
