Penza, 22 January 2013. PenzaNews. Over 22 thousand cubic meters of snow were removed from the main streets of Penza in 2013.

According to the representative of the municipal unitary enterprise “Penzadormost,” due to the recent snowfalls, cleaning of sidewalks, public transport stations and pedestrian crossings intensified in the city.

“Every day we treat ground surface icing with deicing composition and clean roadways and sideways. Since the beginning of the year, the road network has been covered with over 7,8 tons of sand-salt mixture and 108,3 tons of chemicals,” the agency interlocutor specified.
