Penza, 23 January 2013. PenzaNews. A criminal case of murder of a resident from Luninsky area, the Penza region committed on the outskirts of the village Prokazna, Bessonovsky area in 2004, was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.

“The prosecutor of Bessonovsky area approved the indictment on the case against a man, born 1981. It was found that in July 2004, being intoxicated, he had an argument with a victim, strangled him, stabbed in the neck and stomach, and then burned the corpse,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova informed news agency “PenzaNews.”

She noted that the suspect was established only in 2012.
