Penza, 28 January 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev suggested holding a conference on development of the center of Penza.

“It would be right for the representatives of city administration led by Mayor Roman Chernov to organize a round table, which would involve architects and public representatives,” the head of the region pointed out during the operational meeting on Monday, January 28.

According to Vasily Bochkarev, the main topic of the discussion at the conference should become plans of land-use of the center of Penza.

“No one in the city has an idea of how, for instance, Sura embankment would look like in the nearest future,” the governor underlined.
