Penza, 30 January 2013. PenzaNews. Young people living in the Penza region are among the most hard-working, talented and energetic in Russia. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Sergey Belokonev during a working visit to Penza on Wednesday, January 30.

“I was fortunate enough to meet some Penza young people at “Seliger” forum. I must admit that I was surprised by their quick wit and rich intellectual potential,” he said.

The head of the Agency added that federal authorities are going to support the implementation of new ideas of the talented youth.

“In 2013, we scheduled bringing to life 10 major projects encouraging creative activity of young people and presenting interesting developments in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. I hope that the youth of Penza will necessarily take part in them,” Sergey Belokonev concluded.
