Penza, 6 February 2013. PenzaNews. According to the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR), Penza apartment prices went 0,2% down during the past week from January 29 to February 5, 2013.

“The average cost of one square meter in Penza amounts to 43,2 thousand rubles,” the press service of RGR told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Guild also clarified that the real estate in Penza is more expensive than, for example, in Saratov or Ulyanovsk, where one square meter of housing costs 38,7 thousand rubles and 39,5 thousand rubles, respectively.

The most expensive apartments, according to the Guild, are in Moscow. In the capital one square meter of housing costs 201,1 thousand rubles, while for the past week prices rose by 0,5%.
