“We decided to give the residents of the Penza region more opportunities to communicate with the minister, therefore initiated a series of direct telephone lines, which are to become monthly,” commented the Senior Specialist of Professional Education, Youth Policy and Public Relations of the Ministry of Education of the region Anna Leshchenko.

She noted that the experience of similar conferences shows that most questions asked by the citizens are thematic.

“In September and October, the callers are interested in the innovations in the education system, in May — the details of state exams and graduation parties,” the agency interlocutor said.
