Penza, 6 February 2013. PenzaNews. Megafon won the tender for provision of communication services to the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in all regions of the Russian Federation, including the Penza region in 2013.

“Since the beginning of this year VPN-network was set up in the Penza region for the needs of the Ministry, covering 21 police departments,” the press service of Megafon noted.

According to the director of government clients’ department of Megafon Sergei Bulancha, the company provides communication services to various enforcement agencies of the country.

“Owing to our experience with this category of customers, we are able to offer individual approach based on specific activities, including confidential communication services. We have experience in VPN-network decompression and data security, we also introduce technological products developed together with international companies, which allow finding the best solution for operational problems of our clients,” he said.

According to the press service of Megafon, their client base accounts to over 40 federal customers and hundreds of budgetary organizations in the regions of Russia. The operator has the necessary technical resources to provide a full range of telecommunication services, including mobile and fixed telephony, Internet access, rental communication channels, VPN-networks, convergent offers, outsourcing call-center and data processing center, confidential communications, and information security services.
