In particular, he examined the fire equipment, which is used in response to emergency situations in Penza and areas of the region, including new KAMAZ with fire and technical equipment by Austrian company Rosenbauer.
Andrei Tretyakov emphasized that the number of fires in the Penza region reduced by 4,9% in 2012.
“Mortality rate due to accidents decreased by 4,3%. Financial damage went 81,6% down amounting to over 40 million rubles. The number of accidents on water reduced by 7,3%.” Andrey Tretyakov specified.
However, a few critical notes were made.
According to Andrei Tretyakov, there are no students-volunteers from institutions of secondary professional education trained in the departments of the federal fire-fighting service, and the development of a unified network of monitoring services is still unsatisfactory.
