17 couples to get married on St. Valentine’s Day in Penza region

Penza, 13 February 2013. PenzaNews. 17 couples of the Penza region decided to get married on St. Valentine’s Day celebrated on February 14.

“Despite the fact that the date happened to be Thursday this year, solemn ceremonies will be held,” the regional registry office reported to news agency “PenzaNews.”

The office reminded that the last year, 42 couples made up their mind to become husband and wife on this day.
