Penza, 19 February 2013. PenzaNews. Eight new school buses are planned to be purchased for educational institutions of the Penza region in the first half of 2013.

The Ministry of Education of the region announced an e-tender on Monday, February 18.

According to the information posted on the state procurement website, new school buses shall arrive to Kuznetsk, Belinsky, Gorodishchensky, Kamensky, Kameshkirsky, Kolyshleysky, Lopatinsky and Pachelmsky areas.

Each vehicle must be able to seat at least 22 passengers — 20 children and two adult counselors.

Among other requirements, the bus must have a circular glassing, a right-side passenger door, a right-side emergency door and an escape hatch at the rear end wall of the body.

The buses are to be delivered by 15 May 2013.

The initial (maximum) contract price is 10,320 thousand rubles.

The e-tender will be open on 18 March 2013.
