Penza, 26 February 2013. PenzaNews. Five flights per week are planned to be made from Perm airport “Bolshoe Savino” to Penza as a part of a pilot project for the development of regional aviation in the Volga Federal District.

Moreover, it is planned to perform regular flights from Perm to Kirov (14 flights a week), Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod (10 flights a week), Samara and Saratov (8 flights a week), Ufa (7 flights a week), Ulyanovsk (4 flights a week), Orenburg and Saransk (3 flights a week).

28,4 million rubles are allocated by the Perm region to cover the costs of air carrier, reported Interfax.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the air fare of economy class seats including VAT on Penza — Perm route should not exceed 7,053 rubles.
