Penza, 28 February 2013. PenzaNews. Over 150 people will participate in VI Regional Forum “Women’s role in social and economic development of the Penza region,” which will take place next Friday, March 1.

“The delegates are women from among trade union activists, business leaders and heads of institutions, leaders of public organizations in the region, as well as representatives of the authorities,” the press service of the government of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Among the main objectives of the event is the formation of gender ideology and strategies of trade unions, as well as the implementation of the principle of gender equality in the regulation of social and labor relations.

As a part of the forum, a conference-workshop “Demography in the region” is planned.

The event will be held at hotel “Lastochka” in Penza.
