According to the head of the X-ray department of the medical unit No. 59 Vladimir Biryukov, the new equipment displays the image not on the film, but on a computer monitor, so the patient receives less radiation.

“With its help one can have radioscopy, X-ray filming and tomography done,” he said.

According to the department of public relations of Zarechny, the equipment set in the medical unit will be put in operation within the next few days.
