Kuznetsk, 7 March 2013. PenzaNews. Seventeen large families became landowners in Kuznetsk, the Penza region.

Documents of title were handed to them at a ceremony in the city administration.

“I hope you will build houses there, which will always be filled with children’s laughter. And we shall assist you in your endeavors,” the mayor of Kuznetsk Sergei Zlatogorsky noted in his congratulation speech to the young parents.

As the press service of the city administration told news agency “PenzaNews,” the land lots are located in Rabochaya St, Ordzhonikidze St, Gagarin St, Fabrichnaya St, and some other districts of Kuznetsk.

“The first 60 lots were allocated to large families in July 2012 in the neighborhood of the former airport,” the press service reminded.
