Penza, 12 March 2013. PenzaNews. The number of subscribers of “Interactive TV” by Rostelekom is approaching the notch of 15 thousand in the Penza region, the press service of the company reported to news agency PenzaNews on Tuesday, March 12.

“In Russia as a whole, the number is almost 1,5 million people, which means that during 2012 the federal client base has doubled — by 102%,” the press service explained.

According to the Executive Director – Director for media assets of JSC “Rostelekom” Andrei Kholodny, “Interactive TV” project is unique, because the users are provided with up to 190 channels and maximum freedom of choice.

“Our customers can watch most of the TV channels not only on a TV set, but also online at Zabava.ru,” he noted.

Andrei Kholodny reminded that in 2013, “HD” package increased to 19 channels.

“Now, subscribers are able to watch “Russia HD” and “First Channel HD” on the same terms. In addition, we offer a unique package “Viasat Premium HD.” These are four channels with the latest HD-quality films, which is very popular among our clients and widens our client base,” he stressed.
