Penza, 12 March 2013. PenzaNews. All resettled house located in the center of Penza, should be demolished by June 12, 2013. This was announced by the head of the city administration Roman Chernov during a weekly operational meeting in the City Hall on Tuesday, March 12. “A contractor must be determined for every resettled house,” he said. As the press service of Penza administration told news agency “PenzaNews,” various obstacles are currently preventing the houses from being demolished.

“Thus, some people are still registered in many apartments, despite the fact that they moved to another place of residence long ago. Also, some homeowners have not paid utility bills in full before moving out, due to this debt the organizations providing utility services do not give permission for the demolition of the houses,” the press service explained.
