Penza, 13 March 2013. PenzaNews. Construction agencies erecting residential and non-residential buildings in Penza, must work on landscaping and debris cleaning around the construction area. This was announced by the head of Penza Yuri Alpatov during a meeting of the standing committee of the City Duma on utilities, landscaping and environment on Wednesday, March 13.

“The city housing department suggests that all constructors must keep the area clean within 15 meter-radius from the fence installed around the perimeter of the construction site. In my view, this is not enough,” he pointed out.

According to Yuri Alpatov, construction of a building is always accompanied by large amount of debris, which is sometimes left at the construction site.

“I consider it necessary to widen the radius of the territory, which the constructor must keep clean. Paradoxically, but now this territory is almost half the size of the one taken care of by the administration of garage co-operations around their constructions,” the head of the city concluded.
