Penza, 14 March 2013. PenzaNews. Experience in the Penza region in stabilizing housing prices is impressive and should be extended to all regions of the Volga Federal District. This opinion was expressed by the representative of Russian president in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich during the meeting on construction of low-income housing held on Thursday, March 14.

“Today, housing prices in the Penza region are 20% lower than the average regional prices, and the apartments are among the cheapest in the Volga Federal district” he stressed.

Mikhail Babich added that this kind of stabilization was achieved through skillful support of the constructors by the local authorities, and sound competition among construction companies created in the region.
