Penza, 21 March 2013. PenzaNews. Spring weather with temperature above zero is not expected in Penza during the coming week. This was announced by the head meteorologist of the region Valentina Nevorotova during a meeting of anti-flood committee.

“The weather is still wintery. On Thursday, March 21, the temperature will drop, with a chance of snow. On Friday, no precipitation is expected, at night the temperature will drop to -17C, and during the day it will be -8... -9C,” she said.

According to Valentina Nevorotova the coming weekend, March 23–24, will bring cold weather, the temperature is expected to drop to -5…-10C.

“On March 26–27, the temperature is to go down to -15C at night and -9C during the day,” the press service of Penza administration quotes the head meteorologist of the region.
