According to meteorologist, the citizens will have to put up with slight frost — with temperature by day up to -5C ... -3C, and at night it would not rise above -14C ... -12C.

Saturday night, March 30, is expected to be the coldest during the coming week with -13C. However, the next day, the temperature is to rise up to +4C. It is expected that after that over the next few days the temperature will remain above zero even at night.
