Penza, 26 March 2013. PenzaNews. Victor Kuvaytsev was elected a rector of Penza State Agricultural Academy on Tuesday, March 26.

As the spokesperson of Penza State Agricultural Academy Ksenia Prokina told news agency “PenzaNews,” the elections were conducted by secret ballot.

“92 out of 95 delegates representing research and teaching staff, and students of the academy supported Victor Kuvaytsev,” the agency interlocutor explained.

She noted that the conference was attended by the Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region Ivan Firyulin, vice-speaker of the regional parliament Alexander Eremkin, Penza mayor Yuri Alpatov, a representative of the Department of Science and Technology of Politics and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia Nadezhda Nenakhova.
