Penza, 2 April 2013. PenzaNews. Ban on the retail sale of alcoholic products was introduced in the Penza region for the areas outside the buildings that are venues for public events organized in accordance with the federal law “On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets,” with the stated number of participants not less than 100 people.

In accordance with the decision of the government of the Penza region, retail sales of alcohol in these crowded public places is not allowed during the public event.

The document also identifies location of the sources of increased danger in the Penza region, where the sale of alcoholic products is restricted.

These are areas located within the production facilities of I and II hazard classes, where hazardous substances are obtained, used, processed, produced, stored, transported and disposed.

It is planned that in the near future local government municipalities of the Penza region will make the necessary changes to the local acts.
