Penza, 3 April 2013. PenzaNews. Title “Veteran of Labor” was granted to 728 residents of the Penza region since the beginning of 2013.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Health told news agency “PenzaNews,” 143 certificates were presented during this period of time.

“Title “Veteran of Labor” gives the right for social support. It includes monthly compensation of utility expenses in the amount of 50% of the stated regional cost of utility services per person. In addition, labor veterans have the right for a monthly compensation of expenses for local telephone services — 180 rubles for urban areas, and 110 rubles for rural areas, as well as monthly payment in the amount of 330 rubles,” the department reminded.
