Zarechny, 4 April 2013. PenzaNews. 22 vehicles parked for a long time by the side of the road and at temporary parking lots of Zarechny, the Penza region may be declared ownerless.

“The vehicles which impede road maintenance should be taken away by the owners by 20 April 2013. Otherwise, after April 30, these vehicles will be recognized ownerless, turned into municipal property, and utilized,” the head of the department of public relations with Media Tatiana Saltsova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She explained that a complete list of vehicles that may be utilized is available on the official website of Zarechny administration.

18 domestic cars and 4 foreign cars have been included in the list so far.
