Commenting on the topic of the Congress “Banks and Society: Role of credit institutions in socio-economic development of Russia,” Mikhail Dralin noted that banks take a key position in attracting long-term investment to create industries and support the real sector of economy, small and medium businesses.

“The banking system mobilizes temporarily available resources and organizes their flow to the fields in need, determines the investment climate and business activity, affects the monetary circulation and payment transactions,” he said.

Mikhail Dralin emphasized the fact that Bank Kuznetsky, being the only regional bank in the Penza region, offers each of its clients a full range of advanced products and services necessary for the effective development of business on the territory of the region.

Bank Kuznetsky was founded as a limited liability company and registered on October 26, 1990 under register number 609. On January 19, 2012 it was transformed into OJSC Bank Kuznetsky.

OJSC Bank Kuznetsky was included into the register of banks-participants of the system of obligatory insurance of contributions on January 14, 2005 under register number 428. In July 2012, the leading independent national rating agency “Analysis, consultations and marketing” confirmed the bank rating “B ++” with stable prospect.
