Penza, 5 April 2013. PenzaNews. Federal media dramatize the flood situation in the Penza region. This opinion was stated on Twitter by the acting head of the regional administration for housing and communal services Yuri Ilyin.

“There is no emergency situation. Currently, mainly house adjoining areas are flooded,” he wrote on Friday afternoon, April 5.

Earlier the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Penza region also informed that high water is under control, and it did not reach the houses.
