Penza, 9 April 2013. PenzaNews. The members of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region of the fifth convocation adopted a resolution on approving the appointment of Natalia Kantserova, the State Advisor of Justice of the third class, to a position of the Prosecutor of the Penza region during the seventh extraordinary session on Tuesday, April 9.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the candidacy of Natalia Kantserova was suggested by the Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika.

He expressed confidence that Natalia Kantserova is able to organize the prosecutor’s office activities in the Penza region according to the requirements.

Natalia Kantserova was born on 17 May 1958.

She graduated from Saratov Law Institute, worked as an investigator, then a prosecutor in the areas of the Penza region.

From August 1998 to July 2003, Natalia Kantserova headed the prosecutor’s office of Oktyabrsky district of Penza, and then worked as a deputy prosecutor of the Penza region.

In March 2013 she was appointed acting prosecutor of Penza.

Natalia Kantserova was awarded the badge “Honorary Worker of Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation,” and the title “Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation.”
