Customers of Penza Bank Kuznetsky get opportunity of making payments online

Penza, 12 April 2013. PenzaNews. The customers of Penza Bank Kuznetsky are now able to make a wide range of operations from any part of the world, including home or office, using the service “Kuzbank-online.”

As the press service of the financial institution told news agency “PenzaNews,” this service reduces the time of an operation to 5–7 minutes.

“Kuzbank-online” enables submitting payments for utilities, mobile and the Internet services, fines, and also making money transfers, efficiently managing the account, tracking expenses and arrivals,” the bank representative explained.

The press service noted that for the customers’ convenience the system saves regular payment operation details so that the next time the customer could perform the same operation in only two clicks.

“The customer has an opportunity to print out a receipt after any online operation with information on the service provider, period, date and amount of payment,” the company explained.

Bank Kuznetsky representative emphasized that all operations conducted with the help of “Kuzbank-online” service are protected.

According to the chairman of Bank Kuznetsky Mikhail Dralin, one of the most important goals of the company is providing its customers with maximum services in the Internet bank which will significantly improve quality of customer service.

Bank Kuznetsky was established as a limited liability company and registered under number 609 on October 26, 1990. On January 19, 2012 it was transformed into OJSC Bank Kuznetsky.
