Penza, 17 April 2013. PenzaNews. Penza branch No. 8624 of Sberbank of Russia in cooperation with leading real estate developers of the city will hold “Mortgage Saturday” on April 20.

“Currently, Sberbank offers special terms to the citizens wishing to purchase housing in newly constructed buildings. Flat rate of 12% per annum in rubles for up to 12 years, and the down payment for all categories of borrowers is 12% of the housing cost,” the press service added, noting that the offer works only for new applications submitted during the period from March 1 to May 31.

The bank also clarified that neither any mark-up to the interest rate before the mortgage registration, nor any restrictions on the time of the housing construction are applicable.
