Penza, 22 April 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev instructed the Minister of Health of the region Vladimir Stryuchkov to transfer the clinics to two-shift operation during an operational meeting on Monday, April 22. “A working person can hardly get to a clinic during the day. This is wrong,” Vasily Bochkarev pointed out.

“One should not ask for permission to leave from work and spend hours in the waiting line to see a doctor, especially since the number of health care workers has recently increased, and their salary has grown as well,” the head of the region added.
