Penza, 22 April 2013. PenzaNews. Failure to provide reports on expenditures of the family to state civil servants in special cases has been added to the list of grounds for dismissal in accordance with the requirement of the prosecutor's office of the Penza region.

“On December 3, 2012 amendments were made to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law “On control of compliance of expenditures of persons holding public posts, and other persons with their income.” According to those amendments, the failure to provide reports on expenditures of their own, their spouse and minor children was added to the number of grounds for dismissal of a state civil servant due to the loss of trust,” the Senior Assistant Attorney of the region Yuliya Makarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She explained that since the beginning of 2013, they identified several legal acts which did not meet those provisions of the federal law.
