Rimma Stepannikova recognized best teacher of Penza region

Penza, 26 April 2013. PenzaNews. Music teacher of the secondary school in village Tamala, the Penza region Rimma Stepannikova won the regional stage of the competition “Teacher of the Year - 2013,” the results of which were announced in the library named after M. Lermontov on Friday, April 26. Rimma Stepannikova received a gift — tablet “Megafon V9” — from the competition partner Megafon, collaborating with the Ministry of Education of the region almost from the first days of its work in the Penza region.

The second place was awarded to a teacher of German of Penza school No. 36 Marina Kuzmenko and a teacher of primary school No. 225 of Zarechny Lyudmila Vedernikova.
According to the results of the competition, the third place was also given to two teachers — a teacher of geography and chemistry from village Staroe Slavkino Sergei Ovtov and a teacher of physics and mathematics from village Prigorodnoe Anna Khramova.
The Minister of Education of the Penza region Svetlana Kopeshkina congratulated the winners.
She noted that each of the participants, regardless of the place taken, demonstrated a high level of teaching skills, which should become exemplary to all teachers of the Penza region.
In 2013, 25 teachers who won municipal and district stages of the competition took part in the regional stage of the competition “Teacher of the Year.”
The competition was held under the motto “Self-devoted Teacher — Future of Russia.”
