Penza, 29 April 2013. PenzaNews. MTS announced an action marking the start of sales of smartphone Samsung Galaxy S4, which provides a year of free communication and mobile Internet services when buying the new smartphone.

“Both new and existing MTS customers are able to take part in the action till July 10, 2013. Participants will receive “Maxi Top” service with no monthly fee,” the press service told news agency “PenzaNews.”

According to the director general of MTS retail network Gennady Levkin, currently one of four MTS user has a smartphone.

Vice President and Head of Samsung Mobile in Russia Alexei Dorofeyev said that Samsung Galaxy S4 is a breakthrough both in technology and convenience for the user.

“It is able to solve an incredible number of tasks at a level which we could not even imagine a few years ago. And thanks to our long-term partner MTS this innovative smartphone provides truly absolute freedom of communication,” he said.
