Penza, 30 April 2013. PenzaNews. Official school graduation parties for ninth grade students will be organized in all schools in Penza on Saturday, June 15, and for the eleven-graders — on Monday, June 24. The corresponding order was signed by the acting chief of the city Department of Education Natalia Sadovnikova.

According to the document, a copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” school graduation parties should be held in educational institutions only.

School principals must organize duty watch out of representatives of administration, teachers, parent committees, and take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized leaving of educational institutions and committing illegal actions. School authorities are obliged to exclude the possibility of consuming alcoholic beverages by the graduates.

According to the document, the city Department of Education should be provided with information on the location and time of celebrations by June 8.
