Penza, 7 May 2013. PenzaNews. 24 labor and recreation camps will be open in rural schools of the Penza region as a part of summer health program.

According to the Minister of Education of the region Svetlana Kopeshkina, it is four times more than the previous year.

“At present, schools still run classes, but preparation work is on as planned. The first camps will open no later than June 15,” she said, adding that the funds for the first and second sessions have already been allocated.

The Minister also clarified that all summer camps are to welcome the children by June 10.

“This year summer health program will embraced 2 thousand children more than the previous year thanks to labor and recreation school camps,” the press service of the regional government quoted Svetlana Kopeshkina.
