“The main task of the bailiffs is to find the debtors who are wanted. In order to improve the efficiency of work, all available methods are used,” the chief expert in media relations of the regional administration of Federal service of judicial bailiffs Kseniya Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She added that publishing biometric data of debtors on the department website, information booths, and in the media in 2012 allowed tracking down 40 debtors.

“Since the beginning of the current year, this way we managed to find 19 debtors,” the agency interlocutor pointed out.
