Residential complex for resettlement of people from damaged houses to be built in Penza

Penza, 9 May 2013. PenzaNews. A residential complex for the citizens, who need to be resettled from apartment buildings recognized as emergency housing and subjected to demolition, will be built in Penza by the end of 2014.
It is expected that the general contractor responsible for the construction and commissioning of the new residential buildings with more than 5 floors, will be determined based on the e-tender announced by the Department of Housing of Penza on the state procurement website on Wednesday, May 8.
According to the terms of the reference, a copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” the total number of apartments amounts to 885 with total area of about 33 thousand square meters, of which 383 are one-bedroom flats, 336 — two-bedroom, 152 — three-bedroom, 12 — four-bedroom, and two flats having five bedrooms.
The terms also provide for landscaping of the surrounding territory. In particular, every yard uniting two houses is expected to be equipped with sports- and play-grounds, each entrance should have a bench and a rubbish-bin, and at least seven trees should be planted.
In addition, it is planned to place trash-can platforms for the residents of every three houses.
The initial (maximum) contract price is 950,7 million rubles.
The e-tender will be held on June 3.
