Penza, 13 May 2013. PenzaNews. The administration of Penza recommended the managers of trading and public catering organizations located in Lermontova St to bound the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, including beer, and tobacco products during the relay race devoted to the International Children's Day to be held in Olimpiyskaya Alleya on the upcoming Saturday, May 18.

According to a decree signed by mayor Roman Chernov, it is expected that the sale of alcohol and cigarettes will be limited from 9.00 to 13.00.

The list of trading and public catering organizations of Penza includes a cafe, a shop, and pavilions located in Lermontova St, 36A.
